41 apartments and two commercial spaces on Manukau Road, built and sold through Covid. Homes for first buyers and investors, and one-off homes for downsizers, each with its own story. Sold by Shane Carruthers of Nexus Property, with a floor plan for every home and information memorandums made for the sales team.
